I am contacting Kodak as well becuase I do not know where the problem lies.=> Download Link kodak i40 scanner driver windows 7 I can even get full motion video out of my Logitech Orbit MP webcam. I can connect my HP ScanJet 8250 & it works beautifully so I know VMWare is installed properly & the High Speed USB ports are working. However, the page exits the scanner & the application seems to freeze, the image is never displayed in DocuXplorer & the scanner eventually times out with an E9 error which indicates a paper jam in the scanner but there is no jam & the scan lamps remain lit until recycling power on the scanner. While in VMWare, the scanner is detected & the page is fed through the scanner when I attempt to index a new document. I am attempting to use a Kodak i1220 scanner with VMWare & there is some compatibility issue (driver, etc.) that is preventing the proper operation.

I have installed VMware 6 on my Windows Visa Ultimate office PC in order to run DocuXplorer Imaging software that is not yet compatible with Vista.
